Join us on Zoom Friday, November 25th, 2022 from 12:00 – 1:15 pm, to explore dream journaling and arts-based strategies to play with and express our dreams.

Supplies: please have a pen & plain paper on hand, something to color with (i.e., markers or colored pencils), and a small plate or bowl to trace a circle with.
