Volunteering at WCHC

Woolwich Community Health Centre welcomes volunteers!

Volunteering is a great way to help your community.

There are many volunteer opportunities at WCHC, such as:

  • Program Committees and Advisory Groups
  • Board of Directors and Board Committees
  • Helping out at Community Programs
  • Administrative support

Volunteer roles vary at each health centre site. You can apply for a position by completing a volunteer application form. The form is available at the reception desks at the St. Jacobs and Wellesley sites, or complete the online form below.

All volunteers are screened and complete an orientation before starting to volunteer.

View the WCHC Volunteer Policies and Procedures Manual.

Applications for student placements are also considered. If you are looking for a student placement, please call 519-664-3794, and ask for the Program Coordinator.

Please Note: A separate application must be completed if you are interested in volunteering on the WCHC Board of Directors. Contact the Executive Director at 519-664-3534  or complete the online WCHC Board Volunteer form.
