Sleep Series


Sleep. We know its important, yet as many as 25-50% of us report not getting enough quality sleep. This 2-part workshop series will focus on the social context of sleep; why we need to sleep and what happens when we do not sleep well or sleep enough. Afterwards, we will explore how to make changes to sleep better, and will set goals for ourselves. Participants will come back together in session 2 to share experiences and strategies.
