Plant Based Dieting


Are you curious about plant based eating and how you can incorporate more of this into your daily routine? Are you hoping to learn useful strategies you can apply in your own life to practice more healthful eating? Within this session, we will explore what plant based eating really means. As a hint, it does not necessarily mean being a vegetarian or vegan! Differences between plant based eating and more traditional styles of eating will be reviewed, and local resources for support will be shared as part of this presentation.
