In partnership with the Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington, Woolwich Community Health Centre will be hosting a Care Partner Support group for individuals supporting someone living with dementia. Join us (either virtually or in person) the 4th Wednesday of every month for group support and discussions. Registration required.
