This session is run by our certified music therapist, Amelia! The session includes a brief explanation of the impact of music has on our thinking, emotions, and bodies. From there, Amelia will lead the group in stretching, mindfulness exercises with music, and some singing or song discussion. The aim of this session is to heighten your awareness and bring a sense of calm or peace as you head into the weekend.
