I AM is a self-esteem building program for ALL youth in Grades 6-8.
This program creates opportunities for participants to examine the messages and stereotypes portrayed both in our lives and through social media messages we receive. I AM provides tools to build healthy relationships with ourselves and those around us.
The 8 session program is fun and interactive! Learning and conversations are facilitated through games, music, Tik Tok videos and popular shows.
The program will run every Thursday from 3:45 – 5:00 starting January 19th, 2023 at our Wellesley location (1180 Queens Bush Rd., Wellesley, ON.).
