NEW – Essential Pilates Mat 1

Learn the 5 basic principles of  STOTT Pilates®. this class is suitable for those who have been inactive, coming off an injury or just new to Pilates mat class. This series will help participants build core strength & stability along with flexibility & mind-body awareness.
