WCHC COVID-19 Updates

Call for an appointment. We are currently restricting building entry and we are screening all individuals for COVID-19 according to our protocol. 

The St. Jacobs site is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am – 5 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9 am – 8 pm.

The Wellesley site is maintaining normal business hours.

Linwood site has temporarily relocated their services to the Wellesley location – Patients can call the Wellesley site at 519-656-9025. Please send faxes to WTCHC at 519-656-9027.

 

Physiotherapy Clinic is open 2 days a week by appointment only. Please call 519-664-0597.
